Thank you to Melbourne Tourist Guide for featuring my image of the Melbourne Cup on their Instagram gallery.
Melbourne finally turned on the sunshine after a morning of heavy rain for the Melbourne Cup. It is always such an exciting race, and what a great backdrop the city is to this legendary race. We had a great vantage point as the field raced passed us at the end of the track. The 2018 Melbourne Cup was taken out by Cross Counter, putting in a superb run down the outside to beat Marmelo and A Prince Of Arran.
