I have just returned from visiting the World Heritage Mungo National Park. Lake Mungo is a dry lake located 90 km north-east of Mildura in NSW. It is a place with a rich aboriginal history and archeological significance. Thanks to Trevor from MurrayTrek tours for your local knowledge and hospitality. To explore this area you must be accompanied by a local guide and there is no one better than Trevor. It was nice to share the Mungo Sunset Tour with Cameron, Claire and Heidi too.
