In the lead up to the 2019 AFL Grand Final I am very excited to have one of my images printed in the AFL Grand Final Football Record.
I am a huge footy fan and Carlton supporter so I was chuffed when Howard Kotton (the legendary sports journalist) asked me to use one of my images to compliment his story about Percy Jones and Alex Jesaulenko and the 1979 Premiership. These two AFL legends were my childhood heroes and I was lucky to attend the 1979 Premiership game that is featured in the story.
The image of Percy and Jezza was taken at the 979 Premiership reunion held in August at Marvel Stadium . It was a huge event that drew over 1,000 guests to relive the game.
