It only happens every two years - Photo 2022, International Festival of Photography, the second edition of the International Festival of Photography biennale in Melbourne, from Friday April 29 to Sunday May 22.
Featuring 123 artists and photographers, 90 exhibitions, 50 world premieres and 24 specially commissioned projects, this year’s festival – themed “Being Human” – celebrated local and international artists across a range of Melbourne locations. It included large -scale outdoor installations at iconic sites ilike Parliament House, as well as exhibitions at 38 galleries including ACMI, NGV Australia, and so many more.
